Principal Finance is an independent finance provider based in Adelaide, South Australia. We offer a range of finance products, including insurance premium funding and fee funding for accountant fees.
Essentially, Principal Finance will pay your insurance premium or accountant invoice to an insurance broker, underwriter or accountant on your behalf and then you will repay us in easy instalments which makes balancing your budget a lot easier.
We accept payments via direct debit, credit card or electronic transfer. You can choose to make your payments on a monthly, weekly or fortnightly basis.

All insurance claims are to be made directly with your insurance broker. Principal Finance only handles your insurance instalments.
Should you need clarification as to who your insurance broker is, simply contact our office on 1300 137 037 and a team member will be able to assist you.
You may have taken out a loan to pay your insurance on a monthly basis. If this is the case, this may result in you owing a balance after your insurance has been cancelled.
Principal Finance charges a flat cancellation fee of $20.00. Please be aware that you may often get charged fees by your insurance broker and insurance underwriter when your policy is cancelled, this would therefore result in a balance left outstanding on your insurance loan.

To cancel your insurance simply contact our office on 1300 137 037 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tell us what date you wish for cancellation to take place. We will ensure that payments from your nominated account are stopped and we will notify your insurance broker of your request for cancellation. Alternatively, you may wish to contact your insurance broker directly.
